Who am I?
Frankly, I wish I knew, but on paper, my name is Joseph, and I usually respond to that sound. I am a Software Engineer Honors from the University of Ottawa working for a software consulting and development firm, here in Boston, now Silicon Valley. I work now mainly in Adobe’s Flex SDK for next generation applications which constantly keep on pushing the barrier of web experiences and applications usability. Some call it Web 3.0, but who’s counting anymore, or whatever it means.
Why Flex?
Adobe Flex, in my view at least has endless possibilities for the next five years, but one thing for sure is, it’ll be the buzzword of the web development community. I feel with the coming software Thermo, blending developers and designers in one conference room, we are about to see a true change with the look and feel of the exponentially increasing vagueness of the internet; Lots opportunities for the creative business world to deal with.
